Miofol® 125G
Miofol® 125G is a reinforced technical construction film. Due to the strong UV stabilized reinforcement, Miofol® 125G maintains its strength for an extremely long period of time. The microperforation and density of the perforation provide the highest achievable water barrier of its kind while maintaining its high level of vapor permeability.

Application
Miofol® 125G is used as a water vapor permeable layer on the outside in facades. The unique micro-perforation allows building moisture, in the form of vapor, to drain to the outside. Miofol® 125G is also used as temporary glazing foil for wind and watertight sealing of facade openings during construction.

Processing
Miofol® 125G is micro-perforated and should therefore be processed free of hard substrates. In facades with soft substrates, e.g. mineral wool, Miofol® 125G may be applied directly to the soft substrate. Miofol® 125G must be applied tilewise. Overlaps should be a minimum of 150 mm and a maximum of 200 mm. Staple or rivet the foil to the structure. Always apply Miofol® 125G legibly from the outside. Cover staples, seams and overlaps with VAST-R® Foil Tape Basic. Seal penetrations and connections wind and waterproof with VAST-R® Butyl tape or Tyvek® FlexWrap tape. For optimal water resistance and durability, VAST-R® Butyl tape should be applied under the tench.
