How can I apply a discount code?
You can enter a discount code at 'enter discount code' during checkout. You can find this under the payment methods.
How will I know if my payment/order is complete?
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. Sometimes this takes a little longer or ends up in your junk mail.
I am having problems placing my order, what should I do?
Try restarting the browser or opening another browser. If this still does not work please contact our customer service.

What countries do you supply to?
Standard we deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. For other countries please contact us for options and shipping costs.
How soon will my order be delivered? What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is listed with all items on the website. By default, an order is shipped as soon as all items are in stock.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes you can. Our address is Habraken 1199c, 5507 TB Veldhoven.
Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?
Please contact our customer service department about this as soon as possible after placing your order.
It says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What now?
Please contact our customer service department. Then we will contact the carrier to inquire about the status and possibly start an investigation.
